Spanish education reforms in Ceuta and Melilla

In Melilla, the SATE‑STEs union and ANPE requested a two‑hour cut in teaching time and a half‑hour reduction in other duties, though the ministry indicated no interim teachers would be hired, so reductions would be applied proportionally through complementary hours. The union also called for stronger school‑security measures, better teacher‑to‑student ratios, reduced bureaucracy and increased investment in facilities and professional development.
