In l’Eliana, the CSIF union reported a structural deficit where eight positions remain unfilled out of a planned 40-person workforce. This shortage, attributed to unaddressed vacancies from retirements and transfers, has resulted in increased workloads and a reliance on frequent overtime to maintain minimum operational requirements.
