Spanish youth educational and social programs

Overview

In August 2026, Spanish universities were selected to participate in the tenth edition of the UniDiversidad initiative for the 2026/2027 academic year. Promoted by Fundación ONCE and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+), the program provides university training for young people with autism, developmental disorders, and intellectual disabilities to improve autonomy and labor market readiness.

By September 2026, various regional youth resources and programs were highlighted across Spain. In the Vallés Oriental region, resources include educational vacancies, scholarship deadlines, the ‘Forma i Contracta’ employment program, and the ‘Bo Cultural Jove 2026’ grant. Other initiatives include sexual health resources and social awareness programs. Additionally, the ‘Plan Joven’ in Villalbilla scheduled academic advisory, creative workshops, and employment orientation for participants aged 11 and older.
