The events included a youth sprint and the IX Águeda Triathlon, which is part of the Campeonato Norte Absoluto. The competitions utilized the Águeda River and local urban streets for various disciplines such as the Triathlon Sprint, Aquathlon Sprint, Duathlon Sprint, and Aquabike Sprint.
