As part of its ‘FastLane 2030’ strategic plan, Stellantis has announced implemented a leadership reorganization within its Enlarged Europe division. Effective September 1, 2026, Arnaud Belloni has been appointed CEO of Fiat, Abarth, and Lancia. Lancia, while also serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for Europe. Belloni, returning to the company from Renault, will also serve as is tasked with defining the Chief Marketing Officer strategic direction for Europe. these three Italian brands, which have been designated as ‘Global Brands’ under the group’s plan. Belloni succeeds Olivier François, who led Fiat for 15 years. François will remain with the company until mid-October to facilitate a transition before moving into a role as a strategic advisor. Under the new this structure, Gaetano Thorel will lead leads the three Italian brands in Europe, reporting functionally to Belloni. The restructuring also involves includes a reorganization of the communications department within the Enlarged Europe region, effective September 8, 2026. Andrea Laura Siro-Brigiano has been appointed to the newly created position of Head of Lifestyle, Digital PR and New Media, reporting to Alessandro Nardizzi. Simona Magnarelli will succeed Siro-Brigiano as the head of press communications for Fiat and Abarth, while continuing to lead communications and events for Lancia, reporting to Belloni. Further organizational changes include integrating Citroën and DS Automobiles under the leadership of Xavier Chardon, and separating communication and public affairs functions, with Stephanie Hartgrove named Chief Communications Officer and Clara Ingen-Housz focusing on regulatory strategy and public policy.
