Sun Group is engaging in various tourism development discussions and investment proposals across Vietnam. In Hue City, local officials invited the group to explore investment opportunities focused on services along the Huong River and coastal areas. Discussions included enhancing heritage sites through lighting technology, performance programs, and exhibition spaces to leverage the region’s cultural history. In Hanoi, the Department of Finance is appraising Ba Vi Safari Park project has transitioned from the appraisal stage to construction. Following a proposal review by Sun Group Real Estate JSC for an eco-tourism complex in Ba Vi, which includes a Safari park. A municipal appraisal council has requested a reassessment of the project’s scale to evaluate land use and minimize impacts on local livelihoods. The preliminary scale of livelihoods and land use, the project scale was initially adjusted. The project has been reduced to now officially broken ground in Ba Vi commune, covering approximately 200 hectares, pending official planning approval. 299 hectares. Designed by the US-based firm PGAV Destinations, the park is situated outside the boundaries of the Ba Vi National Park to maintain separation from protected forest spaces. The development aims to integrate animal conservation, environmental education, and high-quality tourism, with roughly 81.8% of the area dedicated to greenery and water bodies. The investment is estimated at over 6,500 billion VND, and the park is expected to host up to 6 million visitors annually upon completion. This initiative is part of a broader series of 18 major infrastructure works launched by Hanoi to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of Capital Liberation Day.
