Sundai Group Edu NEXT educational events

The Sundai Education Center has announced the second series of its “Edu NEXT—New Learning and Educators' Community” event series, scheduled for November 2026. The hybrid events will be held in Fukuoka (Hakata), Miyagi (Sendai), and Chiba (Funabashi), with online live streaming available for remote participants.

Under the theme of “Future-oriented educational reform for the next curriculum guidelines and next-generation ICT utilization strategies,” the sessions will focus on classroom improvements driven by digital technologies, such as generative AI, and the GIGA School Programme. The program aims to address upcoming revisions to National Curriculum Standards and the adoption of school digital transformation strategies.

Key speakers include Mayumi Hosoda, an advisor for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's School DX Strategy. The events are designed for educators, school administrators, and boards of education, featuring lectures, talk sessions, and demonstrations of ICT services like “Momosta” and “ELSA School.”
