A 47-year-old man, identified as Željko B., escaped from police custody while in handcuffs in front of the County Court in Velika Gorica. The escape occurred around 2:20 PM as an officer was opening a transport vehicle door following an investigation. The suspect had been ordered into one-month investigative detention for suspected crimes involving the violation of a child's rights and the non-execution of a court decision. He fled toward the Cvjetno naselje area during the incident.
