Senator Panfilo Lacson has raised allegations regarding illegal reclamation efforts and fraudulent land titles in Taguig City. Lacson reported that at least PHP 3.713 billion in public funds were spent on government projects, such as flood control and multipurpose buildings, located within these allegedly illegal reclamation areas along the Laguna Lake shoreline.
