Under the paradigm of “Prepare Better Together,” the WADM intends to facilitate joint training, technology exchange, and real-time operational coordination to address vulnerabilities caused by climate change and unpredictable natural disasters. The initiative plans to utilize infrastructure such as the National Fire Agency Training Center in Zhushan, Nantou, for advanced training and information sharing.
