The United Liberation Council (ULC), which intelligence sources identify as a shadow front for the Lashkar-e-Taiba terror organization, issued a formal threat targeting Kashmiri Pandit government employees in the Kashmir Valley. The threat included the specific names and phone numbers of six employees, particularly those within the Revenue Department working under the Prime Minister’s Rehabilitation Package (PMRP). The ULC claimed the ability to track individuals even if they relocated from the Kashmir Valley to Jammu.
