Xinbi Guarantee has been accused of facilitating money laundering and scams, and was sanctioned by the United Kingdom in March. This action follows similar freezes involving other platforms like Huione Guarantee, underscoring Tether’s capacity to blacklist blockchain addresses via its USDT contracts.
