Contestants on the reality renovation series ‘The Block’ have faced various controversies regarding production fairness and personal lives.

Additionally, viewers raised concerns regarding perceived favoritism toward contestants Courtney and Sev, claiming the production provided them with extra assistance, such as additional tradies, that was not offered to other houses.
