Overview

The Great NOLA Trendkill festival has been announced as a two-day event scheduled for November 20–21, 2026, at the Lakefront Arena in New Orleans. Presented by Housecore Horror, Housecore Records, and Live Nation, the festival celebrates the 30th anniversary of Pantera’s album, ‘The Great Southern Trendkill’. The event marks Pantera’s first performance in New Orleans in 30 years.

In addition to the musical lineup, which includes Black Label Society, Corrosion of Conformity, Power Trip, Crowbar, Eyehategod, Pig Destroyer, Rāde, and Herakleion, the festival will feature the official record release show for the band Down’s new album, ‘Volume V’.

Beyond the arena performances, the festival will incorporate Housecore Horror programming, such as horror screenings, vendors, and appearances by horror industry personalities at various venues throughout the city. Phil Anselmo described the festival as a “dream come true” that highlights both local and national talent.
