Thefts and break-ins in Ontario

Overview

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have been investigating various thefts and break-ins across different regions in Ontario.

In late August, investigations were launched into several overnight vehicle thefts in Brighton, including incidents on Pinnacle Street North, Young Street, and Alice Street. Additionally, the Lambton County OPP reported the theft of approximately $500 worth of meat products from a business in Forest.

By mid-September, the focus shifted to a commercial break-in in Huron Park. Following a response to a break and enter in progress on Canada Avenue, police arrested two residents of Woodstock, aged 40 and 55, who were charged with breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence.
