While the Regional Electoral Court of Paraná (TRE-PR) has maintained his candidacy registration, the TSE’s injunction remains in effect.

Following reports that Dallagnol continued to post electoral content on social media despite restrictions, the TRE-PR ordered him to either deactivate his Instagram account or remove all electoral propaganda within 24 hours, noting that maintaining the profile with campaign material constitutes a violation of the TSE's order. Minister André Mendonça and Minister Kassio Nunes Marques dissented from the majority. Dallagnol has criticized the proceedings as a ‘secret process without the right to defense’ and has raised concerns regarding the inability to request the recusal of Minister Dias Toffoli.
