The disciplinary landscape in Turkish football has expanded following new referrals from the Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu (TFF) Legal Counsel. Recent referrals to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) include Galatasaray technical director Okan Buruk for unsportsmanlike conduct and player Lesley Ugochukwu for irregular conduct. Several club presidents have also been referred for making statements deemed to damage the reputation of football, including Serdal Adalı (Beşiktaş), Ertuğrul Doğan (Trabzonspor), Nahit Eren (Amed Sportif), and Savaş Balçık (Arca Çorum FK). Club-level referrals have also increased. Trabzonspor A.Ş. was referred following a match against Galatasaray due to pitch incidents and ugly chanting, while Arca Çorum FK was referred for ugly and bad chanting during their match against Corendon Alanyaspor. Newer disciplinary actions following matches involving Amedspor and Beşiktaş have seen Amedspor referred for multiple violations, including crowd behavior, pitch incidents, and improper spectator entry. Amedspor technical director Besnik Hasi was also referred with precautionary measures for unsportsmanlike conduct and insults. Beşiktaş was referred for crowd behavior and pitch incidents, alongside Fenerbahçe and its coach Dirk Kuyt. Following the 6th week of the ~~Trendyol~~ Trendyly Süper Lig, the PFDK issued specific sanctions. Okan Buruk received a one-match ban from the technical area and a 100,000 TL fine for unsportsmanlike conduct toward a referee. Lesley Chimuanya Ugochukwu was suspended for two matches following a serious foul. Galatasaray was fined 350,000 TL for fan chanting, resulting in electronic ticket blocks for certain spectator sections. Trabzonspor was fined a total of 560,000 TL for pitch incidents and scheduling failures, also incurring spectator block bans. Fenerbahçe faced similar spectator block bans following chanting during their match against Eyüpspor. In a recent ruling, the PFDK imposed a total fine of 2,542,500 TL on Amedspor for various stadium ~~violations.~~ violations, including improper use of the irrigation system.
