Two days later, on 31 July 2026, Kocaeli continued its subsidy scheme for milk‑cooling tanks and veterinary advice, Ankara distributed 5,000 double‑story beehives with 50 % grants and training, and Manisa began year‑round vector‑control operations using environmentally safe chemicals. Inönü and Didim carried out extensive maintenance of roads, parks and sidewalks.

Additional reports from the same day indicate that Erzurum’s municipality deployed high‑capacity harvesters capable of cutting 10‑15 dekar per hour, lowering farmers’ costs and shortening harvest time, while Yüksekova provided state‑matched funding for greenhouse construction but noted a lack of technical guidance. Several cities—including Manisa, Konya, Bayrampaşa, Didim and İnönü—continued continuous vector‑control campaigns with eco‑friendly insecticides, and municipal teams maintained public infrastructure and vehicle fleets. Collectively, these coordinated actions aim to boost rural productivity, reduce production costs, protect public health and improve urban environmental quality across Turkey.
