Turkish political party field activities

Overview

Political parties in Turkey have initiated various field programs and organizational activities.

AK Parti General Secretary and İzmir Deputy Eyyüp Kadir İnan launched the ‘Türkiye Yüzyılı Buluşmaları’ in İzmir, conducting studies across 30 districts to engage with citizens and local organizations. Key activities included discussing the 550 million TL restoration of the Historic Flour Factory in Halkapınar and addressing political shifts in Foça following Mayor Saniye Bora Fıçı’s transition from the CHP to the AK Parti.

Separately, İYİ Parti conducted mobilization and training programs in Mersin and Bursa. In Mersin, leadership focused on voter communication and ballot security while highlighting economic concerns for local farmers. In Bursa, the party’s ‘From the Field to the Ballot Box’ program addressed the competitiveness of the automotive, textile, and machinery sectors, alongside environmental concerns at Lake İznik and calls for investigations into investment fund liquidations.
