The university is analyzing whether this circulation stems from a cybersecurity incident that occurred in early August 2026. UASLP has filed a complaint with the Fiscalía General de la República and requested technical assistance from the Guardia Nacional’s cybersecurity unit, CERT-MX. The institution has advised the university community to use only official channels and remain cautious of suspicious communications.
