The University of Campinas (Unicamp) marked its 60th anniversary through various cultural and educational events in Campinas, Brazil. As the 60th anniversary approaches, Unicamp was recognized in the Top of Mind VTV SBT 2026 survey as the most remembered brand in its category by residents of Campinas. Rector Paulo Cesar Montagner emphasized the institution’s role as a hub for advanced research, noting a portfolio of over one thousand active patents. To support innovation, the agency Inova Unicamp launched the 13th edition of Inova Jovem 2026, a national entrepreneurship competition for high school and technical students aged 13 to 21. The program provides mentorship for developing business models based on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
