Following its 76th anniversary in September 2026, the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) has continued to advance its research, technological integration, and professional placement. During the anniversary commemoration at the Centro Universitario Sur, Rector Dámaso Anaya Alvarado reported a student enrollment exceeding 45,000 for the August 2026 cycle, representing a 12.5% increase since 2024. He also noted that 100% of the university’s evaluable academic offerings are accredited.
