University of Guadalajara educational expansions

Overview

The University of Guadalajara has introduced several new educational initiatives targeting different academic levels.

In late August, the Institute of Astronomy and Meteorology launched Astronomical Camps. This program is designed to foster scientific vocations in middle and high school students through practical observation and training in fields such as robotics, electronics, and programming. The initiative also includes teacher certification to establish science clubs.

By September, the university expanded its higher education offerings through the Centro Universitario de Los Altos.
