Specifically, advocates noted that restricting telehealth and mail-order medication could disproportionately affect survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV), for whom remote access serves as a critical healthcare pathway. While the Supreme Court previously ordered that current telehealth access be maintained during litigation, the outcome of these appeals is expected to return to the high court for a final determination.
