During the distribution, Dhami emphasized that strict anti-copying laws have been implemented to ensure recruitment is based on “merit and talent rather than influence or connections.” He noted that over 34,000 young people have secured government employment through these transparent processes over the last five years, highlighting the role of these departments in supporting the rural economy and women's economic empowerment.
