Vietnam continues to fast‑track large‑scale transport and urban‑infrastructure works to enhance regional connectivity. The North-South high-speed railway and the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong line have seen slow capital disbursement rates of only 3% and 5.1%, respectively.
