Overview

In late October 2026, the National Military Training Center 2 and the Defense Area Exercise Steering Committee announced live ammunition exercises in Gia Lai and Ha Tinh provinces. These drills included command exercises for the 10th Division of Corps 34 and infantry battalion assaults against simulated sea-borne landings.

By early November, Ha Tinh reported the successful completion of its 2026 regional defense area drill, receiving positive evaluations from the Ministry of National Defense.
