Violence has erupted at film and television institutes in India, leading to injuries and academic disruptions. In Itanagar, students at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) suspended all classes indefinitely following an assault on September 16. The dispute escalated into physical violence, leaving students, faculty, and ABGP members injured. Students alleged that outsiders entered the campus to assault them, while ABGP members accused students of vandalizing their event and desecrating religious images of Swami Vivekananda and Bharat Mata.
