In early September, a 35-year-old man was stabbed in the back during a multi-person brawl in Treviglio, Italy. On September 12, a similar incident occurred in Giulianova, where a 30-year-old man was stabbed in the back following a dispute with three youths, reportedly of Maghrebi origin. The victim was hospitalized with a deep wound but was later discharged. Following the attack, the Mayor of Giulianova noted this was the “second serious event involving the Maghrebi community this summer” and requested a meeting with the prefecture to discuss the matter.
