In a second incident, 17-year-old Fadlin Charles was shot and killed while riding a motorcycle in the Los Salados sector. Preliminary findings suggest the homicide may be linked to gang conflicts between the ‘Los Trinitarios’ and ‘Mawi’ groups. Military and police forces were deployed during the funeral to maintain order amid local tension. Investigators are reviewing security footage and conducting interviews to identify those responsible.
