Women's leadership and entrepreneurship awards in Spain

Overview

Various award ceremonies have been held across Spain to recognize women for their achievements in leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional sectors.

In Seville, the VIII University, Woman and Business Awards honored six recipients in categories including STEM, business management, entrepreneurship, arts and culture, and sports. Concurrently, the first Entrepreneurship and Female Leadership Awards were held in Melilla, recognizing professional trajectories in technology, culture, and sports through a collaboration involving the Ministry of Economy and several regional organizations.

Following these events, Almería hosted the III Female Entrepreneurship and Leadership Awards at the Castillo de Santa Ana. Organized under the ‘Unimos Talento’ project, the ceremony aimed to promote equality by establishing female role models. The event included representatives from the Andalusian Institute of Women and recognized leaders from Ceuta, as well as the recipient of the Female Professional Career of Almería 2025.
