Yann Arthus-Bertrand artistic and public projects

Overview

French photographer and environmentalist Yann Arthus-Bertrand has initiated several artistic and public engagement projects. In Crans-Montana, Switzerland, he launched a large-scale portrait project described as a “family album” style initiative. This project, which marks his first major work outside of France, aims to bring the community together following the “Constellation” fire by capturing images of local residents and associations for a future book and exhibition.

Additionally, Arthus-Bertrand is scheduled to visit Le Lavandou, France, for a screening of his 2025 film, ‘France, une histoire d’amour’. The event includes a screening of the road-movie and a conference titled ‘Vu du cœur’, where he will discuss his work alongside his environmental and humanitarian commitments.
