The YENİ Parti is undergoing rapid organizational expansion and formalizing its leadership structure across Turkey. Following its founding, the party reported surpassing 500,000 members within its first 15 days, a surge that has drawn scrutiny from CHP sources alleging the use of existing CHP databases. To manage this growth, the party has opened a general headquarters in Ankara and is implementing a two-stage election model for district and provincial leaders. As the party prepares for its general congress in November, it has initiated extensive primary elections. In mid-October 2026, the party moved forward with provincial primary elections to determine leadership. In Istanbul, Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik scheduled primaries for October 17-18 to select leaders across 39 districts. Meanwhile, in Zonguldak, Deniz Yavuzyılmaz emphasized the party’s digital membership and financing models. In Niğde, the party launched a digital platform to allow citizens to report neighborhood and street-level issues directly to the party organization.
