The buyback aims to support programme was disclosed after the on‑shore price A‑share fell 15.7 % to ¥908, and fund all repurchased shares will be allocated to equity‑incentive and employee‑stock‑ownership plans, with any unused portion cancelled after three years. Proceeds from the IPO are earmarked for 35 % research and development, 30 % global capacity expansion, 15 % strategic investments and acquisitions, and 10 % working capital.
