Albert Amoah joins Saudi club Hajer FC

Ghanaian striker Albert Amoah has completed a permanent transfer to the Saudi First Division League club Hajer FC. The 24-year-old centre-forward officially joined the club on August 14, 2026, following a period with the Libyan side Al-Ahly.

Amoah’s recent career has seen several movements, including a loan spell back to Asante Kotoko in early 2026 after joining Al-Ahly from the Ghanaian club in October 2025. Before his time in North Africa, he established himself in the Ghana Premier League with Great Olympics and Asante Kotoko, where he recorded 22 goals in 56 appearances.

Known for his physical presence and clinical finishing, Amoah is expected to strengthen Hajer’s attacking options for the 2026/27 season. His professional experience spans leagues in Ghana, Libya, and now Saudi Arabia.
