Collegiate cross country programs in the United States have commenced their 2026 seasons through various invitational meets.
At the Spider Alumni Open, William & Mary achieved a dual victory, sweeping both the men’s and women’s team titles. Earlier season activity also featured Emory University competing against Division I programs like the Florida Gators at the Stan Sims XC Opener, as well as RIT and Buffalo State competing at the Brockport Tom Balon Alumni Classic.
