Telkom Indonesia corporate restructuring
Overview
PT Telkom Indonesia is undergoing a significant corporate restructuring to transition from an Operating Holding to a Strategic Holding model.
In early October 2026, the company executed a spin-off of over 90% of its network infrastructure assets, valued at approximately Rp85.7 trillion, to a new entity named PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (InfraNexia). This transfer includes 112,000 kilometers of fiber optic networks and 26,000 kilometers of submarine cables, intended to establish InfraNexia as a major wholesale digital infrastructure provider.
Simultaneously, Telkom is accelerating a streamlining program for 50 of its subsidiaries to reduce management complexity and eliminate overlapping business lines. By the first half of 2026, 24 entities had been streamlined, with the remaining 26 expected to be processed by the second half of the year. This reorganization aims to categorize the business into four primary segments: B2C, B2B Infrastructure, B2B ICT, and International, supporting a long-term goal of exceeding a Rp550 trillion valuation by 2030.
