They noted that the original vision involved approximately 2 million euros for urban redevelopment and the potential use of the theater for a regional film school and the Riviera del Corallo International Film Festival.

Beyond the dispute over project origins, Forza Italia representatives have accused the Cacciotto administration of inadequacy in managing regional, national, and European resources, citing a failure to participate in the ‘Sport e Periferie’ tender. The councilors have demanded that all documents related to the ‘Laboratorio Fertilia’ and the allocation of resources be made public to ensure transparency.
