Announcement of Dawngazer action RPG

Overview

Monochrome and Good Smile Company have announced ‘Dawngazer’, an action RPG scheduled for release in 2028. Developed by the newly established Ignisphia Studio—led by former Vanillaware director Takashi Noma—the game serves as the inaugural title for the ‘Ignisphia’ IP brand.

The project is intended to expand into a multi-media franchise, including light novel adaptations via Kadokawa’s Fujimi Fantasia Bunko and merchandise such as figures. ‘Dawngazer’ will be available on PlayStation 5, PC (Steam), and Nintendo Switch 2, featuring a soundtrack composed by Yoshiaki Kudo.
