Overview

Argentine authorities have conducted various operations targeting criminal networks and regulatory violations. Law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Police, executed 85 raids to dismantle a tax fraud scheme involving the simulation of grain trades to illicitly claim approximately $10 million in VAT refunds.
