Overview

Diplomatic tensions between Azerbaijan and Russia escalated following allegations of media-driven provocations. Baku requested a comprehensive investigation by Russian authorities, citing obligations under the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations to ensure the security of diplomatic missions.
