Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ervin Ibrahimović participated in the A5 meeting, emphasizing the need for energy security and the protection of critical infrastructure. He identified long-term dependence on Russian energy and Chinese investment in strategic sectors as significant regional risks, advocating for the diversification of energy sources and stronger connections with European grids. Montenegro also expressed support for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights' initiative to establish a Global Alliance for Human Rights.
