Belize regional integration and trade modernization

Overview

Belize is pursuing regional leadership in environmental management and economic integration. Under its presidency of the Central American Commission for Environment and Development (CCAD), the country has focused on biodiversity, water resources, and managing Sargassum through circular economy approaches.
