Beyerdynamic wireless gaming headset launch

Overview

German audio manufacturer Beyerdynamic introduced two new wireless gaming headsets, the MMX 100 and MMX 130, at Gamescom 2026.

The MMX 100 features a closed-back design for noise isolation, while the MMX 130 uses an open-back architecture for a wider soundstage. Both models include 40 mm titanium-coated drivers, over 80 hours of battery life, and detachable META VOICE microphones. Connectivity options across both models include Bluetooth 6.0, a low-latency USB-C dongle, and 3.5 mm wired connections.

The MMX 100 is priced at 99 euros with a scheduled release for September 1, 2026. The MMX 130 is priced at 129 euros and is expected in October 2026; this model received a ‘Best of Gamescom 2026’ award from TechRadar.
