BJP Seva Sankalp service-oriented yatras

Overview

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its youth wing, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), have launched the ‘Seva Sankalp Yatra’, a series of service-oriented journeys across India to commemorate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years of public service.

The initiative involves multiple teams traveling long distances to conduct grassroots social welfare activities. These programs include cleanliness drives, tree plantations, water conservation efforts, blood donation camps, and support for orphanages and old-age homes. The journeys also aim to foster community engagement through dialogues with youth, women, farmers, and students.

In Madhya Pradesh, the ‘Jal, Jan and Seva Sankalp Yatra’ concluded after covering approximately 17,000 km across 53 districts. Meanwhile, in Jammu and Kashmir, the party has planned the ‘Sewa Jyoti Yatra’ to span all 20 administrative districts, beginning October 7.
