Residents are advised to use heating only if indoor temperatures fall below 19 degrees Celsius in homes and offices, or 17 degrees in industrial and artisanal settings. In San Lazzaro, heating was authorized as optional starting October 27, with usage limited to 6 hours per day until October 31, though these restrictions do not apply to systems powered entirely by electric heat pumps.
