In the diesel streamliner category, Salty Box Racing’s “Thunder in the Morning” achieved significant success. Driven by Ryan Boyle, the 5.9-liter Cummins-powered vehicle set two SCTA-certified records in the C/DS class, with an official two-run average of 328.285 mph, surpassing the previous record set in 2024.
