These efforts include plans to reduce its workforce by 22,000 positions between 2025 and 2030, primarily within the German mobility sector. While CFO Markus Forschner noted that the company will continue structural transformations, Bosch maintains its full-year 2026 sales growth projection of between 2% and 5% and an expected operating margin of 4% to 6%, despite warnings of continued economic uncertainty for the second half of the year.
