Following the reports, the hospital suspended a group of medical staff and convened a patient council. Local police have become involved, and five employees from the radiotherapy department have been summoned for questioning. To maintain professional care and prevent disruptions, the hospital has deployed six additional staff members to the department.

The Ministry of Health has ordered Bệnh viện E to conduct a thorough investigation, strictly handle any violations, and publicly disclose the results by September 15, 2026. The Ministry also emphasized the necessity for increased supervision across all hospital departments to prevent similar misconduct.
