Bridge reconstruction projects in Poland

Overview

Infrastructure development is progressing through various bridge reconstruction projects across Poland.

In Stary Bidaczów, work has commenced on a new crossing over the Łada River on county road 2936L. Following the dismantling of the previous structure, contractors are currently building the foundations for the new bridge. The project, valued at nearly 3 million PLN, is intended to address the poor technical condition of the original bridge and improve road safety. A detour has been implemented through Nowy Bidaczów to manage traffic during construction.

In other regions, major projects are also advancing. In Gdańsk, workers have begun concreting foundations for the Siennicki Bridge to replace unstable 1912 supports that had shifted significantly. This project will eventually lead to the bridge being closed to cars and trams. Meanwhile, in Poznań, the Chrobry Bridge project has reached the stage of concreting the northern slab, allowing for the subsequent installation of drainage, sidewalks, and road surfaces.
